Espire which is about to expire, is a bogus company and more bogus is the HR and Finance team here. Worst of them are Somnath Dey, Deepika Chikara and Rahul Krishna. Rahul and Deepika are still ok but this Somnath Dey is full of attitude. Basically he is just a B.com chap pajama and it is hilarious to see him arguing with engineers. Hello Mr Somnath monkey Dey, do you have any idea who you are and whom you are talking to. We are engineers are B.E, B.tech. M.tech, IIT'an guys not like you just a B.com pajama chap. When we engineers were putting in our best efforts in studies and career building that time you were flirting with girls, failing in simple exams and you think you have daring to even stand in-front of us.
If we engineers start talking back you will have no idea about what are we talking about and you might even pee in your pajama. You might find him bitching about all the highly competitive guys and he starts harassing them by not giving good candidates by using his power of position. If you look at the jobs of these HR people what they are doing is just putting keywords in job portals, open the cv and line-up the candidates. and he makes such a big show-off as if he is doing some rocket science. With his tapori type walk, loads of attitude he makes his "HR-A GIRLY-JOB" which "males hate to take up as career option" look like some rocket science job. Come on man even kids can do such a simple and pathetic job. Whole day he is just staring at his computer as if he is watching some movie or playing some game. Even President of India might not be getting so many emails that he stares at his screen for 10 hours.
How else can he justify his big fat salary? A total worthless guy and look at his demands and ego wow. That's why espire hired another Manager for just a team of 5-6 people we have 2 highly paid Managers. Where a single Project Manager handles 3-4 project with a team of 8-10 people these these ass-holes handle only 2 people and 1 Assistant Manager each. If there would be some other well qualified managers they would have done so much for the company and people, but look are these duffers. Some say that in just 3 years he has changed his team completely twice with all new faces. I guess that's why it would be better to leave such a company where the HR are not respecting the employees who are building blocks of a company. Its better to leave expire inferior-lab and join a better company with good management.
