T Eeeeeeeeeeee28. Review on Ericsson T28

I was in the hospital for two days due to some head injury so my brother left his T28 cell phone which he had newly bought, if in case I had to make/receive any calls.

At first I never liked the looks of this phone; well it is small, easily carried and even light it has a flip so every time you want to use the phone you have to flip it to open and receive the calls I found that very irritating. Ok it is very slim but what about the huge antenna it really looks out of place and also it is of no use because it doesn’t cover any reception.

In the hospital room I was hardly able to make/receive any calls. Ok I thought may be being an AC room with the windows closed I wasn’t getting the frequency. I remember when I was lying on the bed with 7 stitches on my head I received a call from my mom (well she was out of city when I met with an accident) who got to know about the accident and was crying on the phone. Well I was trying to talk to her but I wasn’t getting any signals and I got up from my bed and came out till the hospital gate and then too I was not able to hear her voice and I was almost screaming Hello, Mama please don’t cry I’ am ok. Man and the phone itself went off. Everybody was staring at me and one of the nurses came running to me and took me to the room.

My friends and relatives often tried to call me but the stupid phone never showed any signals. I didn’t know what to do with that cell phone but thought to my self I would never use it nor let my brother use it. What’s the use of the cell phone when one can’t make nor receive any calls for times I felt like someone have handed a Toy cell phone in my hand.

Well I won’t deny that this cell phone has not got any good features. It has one good feature like Voice dialing it’s like you just have to take the person’s name and the number appears on the screen, which you have stored in your phonebook so that you don’t have to scroll through the phone book or dial the number.

Well it has all the features like other cell phones like Clock, Alarm, Phonebook, Messages, Games etc.. Well there aren’t many games but Solitaire is cool.

I was so bugged with this cell phone it was bit difficult for me to use the keypad because it is quite small I also found it too slow I mean that it takes little time to go to the selected function. And also while playing solitaire it takes some time to move the cards.

I found the phone automatically turns off while using. The flip opens up itself. Ring tone is also very soft you can hardly hear in crowded places. Battery life is too short you have to charge it everyday.

Well I haven’t used this phone for a longer time so I won’t be able to give more details about this cell phone but I have heard lots of flaws about T28 from my friends who had given up their T28 after using it for hardly any months and also read some low ranking reviews on MS.

I found this phone worst of any other worst cell phones. And hey talking about clarity I would say Worst is not a word for it.
