Nothing Pros as such, join this only if u are an asshole or knows how to butter your manager's asses.
Don't ever join this as a fresher, its a service based company, shi (tier than WIPRO and TCS).
HR is a big joke they won't stand by you in times.
There are depts like Operations, CSI-ADM, ITTE, GNOC, Network ENgineering, BNET R&D
Frankly speaking all these depts are nonsense with exceptions of BNET which most probably hires on contract. rest all depts are worst,
Best thing here is u can apply for PhD in Copy+Paste,
After 3-4 yrs u will realise that u haven't learnt anything significant and will get struck here. Be cautious on that.
GNOC is like sh* (t hole place, with SLA ranging from 5-10 mins, u wont get time to pee, and lesser time for doing things in between., All the above mentioned in Pros,
Dont ever go by the name of Ericsson, the original Ericsson is no way related to this, this is a purely Service based company,
Managers are all ill qualified, they are managers just by way of experience for more than 10-15 yrs.
GO and Get MBA in a reputed college so that u can better manage the company, rather than showing of a IIPM MBA or worse.
