I had ordered a weighing scale from eRamukaka. The site did not provide me with a tracking number, post shipping and it took 4 weeks and lot of follow up to finally get the product only to identify that the product was defective.
When I called their customer support, they asked me to contact product technical support and gave me a number. Technical support told me that eRamukaka should actually take it back and take responsibility for shipping a bad product.
After I spoke with customer support again, they first said that they would send a replacement and I could return the damaged item through the same courier that sends delivers the replacement.
But later on they changed their stand and said that I had to first ship back the product and then they would send the replacement.
Total lack of coordination and process. Never buy from this website unless you are somewhere close by to their location. My order was from Trivandrum.
