Got this model about 2 years ago now. Worked ok at the start . Ok because the print quality could have been better for the price. By the way, I got this for about 8700 Rs. Like I said I've seen quality far better at this price point. Good speed like 25 pages per minute, that sort of thing.
Now the problem started after about a year. See the thing is we live close to the main road and hence there is a lot of dust problem. And it seems that dust happens to be its Kryptonite . Prints come out dirty. It doesn't matter how much we consumers try to clean it. Had to call a technician. And by the way, the whole process was quite delayed . Finally, the guy came and cleaned the head and roller mechanism. after which it was all good again. Now we keep a cover over the device to keep it from clogging with dust. And seriously why couldn't they just have given a permanent attachment to the ink tank with the main body? I mean while cleaning it's quite frustrating to move it around. It also has some electrical loose connection issues as we speak probably because its electrical tips corroded.
