Alright, I changed my mind about Amusement Parks.

Months ago, I wrote a review on AMUSEMENT PARKS IN GENERAL..It should have been in this category, (Entry Charges) because I wrote of the outragous charges.(It was titled ''Do I have to rob a bank'')  So if this review seems in the wrong category, just reverse the 2 reviews and then they'll be in the correct categories.  This one is about Amusement Parks in General.(Confusing huh?)

In writing about Amusement Parks in General I took into consideration that some of you won't even know what parks I'm talking about, but, here goes.

Amusement parks, here in the US may cost an arm and a leg to get in, but in thinking about it, it really is worth it.(A complete turn around from my other review!)

It may very well cost a family of 4 around $300.00 for the day, but,  where else can you go to have fun and make memories that will not soon be forgotten?

I was thinking about this when my brother and sister-in-law took my niece to Disney World...again.

The excitement for a child is something special.

Having last gone to Disney World some 15 years ago, I sat back and remembered my daughter's excitement.

She couldn't sleep the night before.  She didn't mind the long lines(and couldn't care less about the expense), all she cared about was the fun.  The rides.  The thrills.

I have pictures of my daughter with Snow White and 2 of the 7 dwarfs.  I've never seen a bigger smile on her face.  I've got a picture of her giggling with Goofy and Minnie Mouse.  There's even a picture of her with the silly hat on, that she just had to have(and never wore again).

But it's a world of wonder for a child.

I have pictures of Deana with a look of surprise on her face, from Universal Studios Park, when she saw ''monsters'' walking around.  There's one of her sitting on a giant telephone that was a prop in a movie.

Then there was Knotts Berry Farm Park, where she got to ride the big kids rides.  Sea World with its amazing aquatic life and even just the local amusement parks and its junky old rides and games.

As I said before, YES, it is expensive to go to all these parks...BUT, worth every penny just to have the memories of the happiness and excitement of the children.

So, put on your good, comfy walking shoes, slather on the sunscreen and most importantly, bring a camera, with lots of film.  Be prepared to spend a lot of money!

Amusement Parks in General are the places where a childs dreams come true!

Make memories, no matter what the cost.In the eyes of your child, it's worth it.
