As I am pretty used to the enrich franchise salon for any sort of services, usually I am a regular customer of Enrich Borivali branch.
But once u decided to have a visit to their bandra branch, I booked my appointment using ziffi app and the payment gateway was the ziffi wallet.
When I arrived at the salon, and announcing the appointment to the receptionist they nearly waited me for almost 40 minutes only because I used Ziffi.
After waiting for almost 40min later they came to me and said that we are sorry to say that we wont be able to serve you, so you can come on next day.
After having a prolong argument I finally ended by leaving the salon with disappointment.
The staff were nice, but the receptionist was rude. Before visiting make a prior notice to them that you are about to visit that place.
And for godsake dont book your appointment with Ziffi app, because you may end up wasting your time and infact money.
It was pretty bad experience because at the other branches I never encountered such kind of problem.
