As they shows and claims in advertisement that increase your body mass easily, but for me it was not that much effective.
The metabolism of our body is responsible for weight gain and loss. So I dont think it can slower the metabolism, but it may provide the concentrated form of carbohydrates and proteins.
So what I suggest is dont rely on this powder instead try to improve your diet and not only eat more but sleep more to get result.
