I have use this endura mass vanilla flavor for one year but no improvement is notice by me and other. then one of my friend told me that only driking endura can help you. you have to join the gym. then I started to do gym and at night time I started drinking endura mass by making with banana shake.
after doing this regular practice I have found that my muscles gets improved within one month and a lot of confidence building inside. It not only increase muscles but also improve stamina while doing exercise in gym.
AT I wana to say that only drinking endura mass cant help you, you have to aslo do some workout so that your body get expand.
