Hello my name is Honey and today I am reviewing endura mass .
Basically it is not a whey protein or any protein supplement, it is a weight gainer . If you ever see the cover of the product it states that it has 79grams of carbohydrate of which 12 grams is sugar .
It is the bad part of the supplement because our human body( both male and female) can digest a maximum of 30grams of carbohydrate at once, it is half the amount of carbohydrate it has .
The remaining 30-35grams of carbs is converted into fat .
So instead of gaining lean muscle you are gaining Body FAT.
Me when using the supplement I feel bloded and this useless box makes me a fatty boy . please do not buy this product its better to buy a whey protein .
