I traveled on 12th Jan from Chennai to Dubai and return on 16th Jan from Dubai. I had a terrible experience with the airline and do not recommend anyone to travel by this horrible airline.
If Emirates is reading this - my booking id was BTWN66. I had a terrible experience (while the flight was on time and the flights have the best timing from India) since the air staff and ground staff are very harsh, rude and unfriendly. They respond is such a bad manner.
I had a 2 year daughter on the Emirates pram at the airport and when I asked where do I leave this before entering the flight, I was shouted at. When asked for Baby food in the flight I was made ugly faces at. I guess, I am an Indian and that was the reason for bad treatment.
The Indian behind me in the queue was for no reason asked when he was asking for the way, "if he has gone to university and is educated". The Vegetarian food smelt bad, horrible in taste and when complained, they said - we serve only for non-vegetarians and not for Indians.
Should we ever travel to Dubai by Emirates for this reason ? or Should we opt for an Indian Airline like Jet. I had a very good experience with them (Jet) earlier when flying to London. I for sure will never take Emirates again.
