I bought an Elle 18 Eye liner last month which comes in a small bottle that looks similar like a nail paint bottle. The liner does not stay too long. One can apply for a short period requirement. The brush with the eye liner has a small thin stroke and if someone loves a darker bordered liner than you have to use the stroke for 4 to 5 times to get a perfect shade.
It is an average product. Not so good and not so bad.
