I feel this review is:
I have to market to buy an eyeliner of lakme but it not available in shop so I had buy Elle 18 water resistant Black out liner at 90 rs which is not exoensive .it is easy to apply as its applying brush is sleak and good .but it is a liquid eyeliner and it take more time to dry which is quite not good . But over all is a good liquid eyeliner at this price.this is the first eyeliner I had used .and it comes in a very cute looking bottle .: -)
