Elle 18 is such a brand which has mixed review. one of the best feature is variety of shades available, and all shades are very attractive, shiny and tempting. The costing side is also a plus point, very reasonable in price and can be said as valued product. one thing need to draw attention is that the bottle is very tiny and short, so when the bottle reaches at the half it is very difficult to take the paint.
The brush is too soft and not even so it is difficult to apply the paint properly and evenly.
