I got my car insured from Elite ford just on 18th sep 2017 and at the time of sale the seller was like. we will take care of all process in case of your car accident or damage from beginning to close.
unFortunately I got my car banged in next 20 days. a buffalo hit my car and side mirror got broken alog with dented gate. .I called the dealer to get the car pick up service. then they started opening the chapter of their books. the same lady which did my car insurance didnt even pass my call to right person to get the things clarified. when I called her 4th time asking for the status she said she forgot this and will ask service person to call me, which they never do. somehow by myself I got the service manager number and called her. first response of her was we can not get your car picked up you need to drop a car here. and body work is something you need to take care of your own, .I was really shocked hearing this as I was informed at the time of insurance that I just need to call them and everything will be taken care of.I thought of bringing this issue in frot of FORD customer care India.
There is phrase in english King of thieves how could be the protector. it has been 3 days since complaing lodged none of them has dared to resolving it. They just kept on pushing the talks here and there. . IN last comment was we dont provide pick up service for accidented cars. but we do for the cars if it need to be serviced.sounds really funny and bonecraking same time.dont buy FORD. as this is not a misconception, it is truth they are really bad in terms of service and communications.
