Worst service centre ever. I would give them 0 star. Sales rep "rahul" rammed my car into one of the hoardings and behaved as if nothing has happened. There is a very visible dent and manager says he can cover the damage with painting job.
I noticed many scratches in car which were not there before. If they are hitting my car like this in front of me, god knows what they must b doing inside the service centre. They have wrong phone number stored in google so I couldn't get an appointment. It was promised to me that I will get my car on the same day but I got it 3 days later. All the issues in the car are still there and I paid 4700/- with additional damage to the car as an add on. Very disorganized and poor quality of service. Staff is not helpful at all.
It is my advise not to go there if u like ur car. I am regretting my decision of buying a ford car. If you know how I can escalate this further then please drop me an email. Very very pathetic service.
