I bought Elica Glace 60 Slim nero chimney and MFC 4b 60 plus Swirl(inbuilt hob) for my house from dealer NM INNOVATIONS. Since it was for my new house so the booking was done 2 month before. Dealer assured to take care of installation and future product servicing.
During the time of installation the product installation was done and Bill was handed over without warranty papers or service demo. After shifting and running after the dealer warranty papers was given with only purchase date stamp.There was a issue with Inbuilt hob switch which stopped working within 1 month of purchase. when asked the dealer to get that fixed. they use to direct a person named BASHA not sure who is this person and how is he associated with my product warranty papers and servicing.
After all struggle there was no response from NM innovations then reached out to Elica customer service. They said my product was never registered or the product was installed by authorized service person. hence the warranty for the product is not applicable. Also the product mentioned in the bill is not correct as installed. installed product with Serial number printer is incorrect then the details provided.
This is a clear case of fraud done by the dealer. and customer service is not informed about the installation nor taken the service registration. Elica should take action of such dealers.
