Elica Cooktops are the worst products in industry. Your service person, had come today at 7.30PM, and tried to do replacement.
So called your service person, whom you had sent, doesn’t even know:
how to handle the tools,
Didn’t have any idea on removing the faulty part
did lot of ware and tare to our stove, hitting it very hard,
he said, he has replaced the faulty part with the new one, but issue still persisted.
Totally he is an very unskilled and untrained service person from your brand.
So we have asked him to keep the old/faulty part as it is in the cooktop and make it work and leave the place. Very very disappointed over this and am feeling guilty for purchasing Elica, it’s one of my life time mistake. Worst service ever seen.

Am not able to comment to Ellica customer care over phone.
Please provide the Warranty Status for the same.

Hello Elica,
No one had called me on this regards. How can you say its resolved as per satisfaction. This issue is not resolved and it’s still persistent. Such a worst service centers you have. People doesn’t know how to fix issues of your own products.
I will be going to consumer court on the same. Will be spreading awareness to people via online on Elica’s low quality products and cheap quality services. Let me know your higher authorities contact details, will be writing to them as well.
