Complaint:
I purchased this chimney a eight month ago and they said they will come to provide the service for the chimney on their own, till now no one came from either vijay sales nor direct from Elica.
Pros:
I had never issue in changing the bulb of the chimney once they are not working twice the bulb got fused and changed it in an easy way.
Cleaning point of view the chimney is safe and easily cleanable just by putting in Luke warm water the plates protecting the fan of the chimney get cleaned
The plates are also open able by unscrewing a single nut bolt.
I have No Hob still my kitchen remains free from the smoke and fumes of the food being cooked.
I have installed
Exhaust FAN at Window+ Elica Chimney on the above of the Gas stove
which makes my kitchen a perfect place to prepare food.
