Electrolux is an absolutely fraud company with defective products and horrible customer care service.
Our AC stopped working almost immediately and its been 2 weeks and we have no update on it from the customer care. I have contacted them numerous times, but they are very rude and useless. They have uninstalled the AC and removed it and kept it on our bedroom floor since the last 2 weeks but havent come to fix it! Horrible horrible service! Please stay away from this product!
