I bought this AC 1 year back. It's not working like what I wanted from my air conditioner. It has five star rating but it consumes more power. The cooling works good enough but not good for extreme weather conditions. It dose not have dehumidifier. So you still feel humid with this AC. After 6 months the AC keeps on tripping its power and shut down. I had made complaint to customer service. Response was fast but service is not satisfying. The AC takes too much time to get full room cooled. So If you have patience then you should think for this. Overall AC will work fine but the customer service will not satisfy you. In case of looks AC looks cool and smart. And the remote has LCD display which is user friendly and quickly accessible.
But I am only disappointed with customer service.
