I booked this one from Amazon. Amazon made the delivery the very next day. They said that I need to call on their number and book an engineer appointment to install the AC. The engineer came after 2 weeks. He did the installation quickly and didn't even bothered to give a demo of the AC. He didn't even wired the cables properly. The cable which was joined together was not insulated. It was easy for anyone to get electrocuted.
At the time of engineer appointment it was said that the engineer booking would be free of cost, but this engineer charged me Rs 600, saying that my address was beyond their service area coverage, although I live in an urban area in Delhi. Even after being charged for the service the work was not done properly. He did it I n a hurry.
I ultimately had to call the electrician from the locality to re-wire the cable installation.
