I had bought a electrolux fridge 3 yrs back. In a years time all the acrylic shelves broke. I tried contacting the local service center but to no avail.
Then I SMS ed the Delhi call center and they responded and took my complaint. The person came to my house and said that they would get the tray in 8 days.
Uptil date he has not turned up! This same thing was repeated twice! Ultimately I got the trays fabricated locally.
The Videocon company is horrible when it comes to customer relations. Do not go to them! In the mean time the compressor had to be also repaired once and it cost me 1000 rupees.
