We have a Electrolux Front Loading machine. However, the water has been leaking from the machine during the last part of the rinse cycle for many weeks
In spite of repeated complaints to the Electrolux, there has been no response from them. I was referred to your Technical Head, Mr. Shamim who has been promising that he will send a technician to solve the problem. However, not only has he failed to send anyone, he is refusing to even accept my phone calls. Our complaint no is mum1712100051.
I would strongly advise against buying Electrolux products !
