Just bought it. It was installed last week, but I am considering returning it for either the Samsung with the Waterwall or the GE Profile with the bottle wash jets.
I don't use a lot of bottles ( no baby) but the video in the GE review has me pretty convinced I need this feature ( for sports drink bottles) . But to elaborate on my experience so far with the Electrolux. First off, a 3rd rack is actually important to me. I wash a lot of bulky pots in the main rack and I hate having the utensil bin in the way. In my previous home, I had a Miele and loved the 3rd rack. The tines in this 3rd rack, however, are very short. They don't hold knives properly and I am frequently finding poorly washed utensils.
In addition, the drying seems to be by the heat of the wash rather than a power dry and the cups and especially plastic ware do not get dry. Even when I select the Max Dry option. I'm kind of surprised by the perfect score it received here. Do you not put a full load in the machine, including utensils in the the 3rd rack?
Writing this review has actually convinced me I need to replace it. I bought it and installed it through Lowes, recently, so thankfully that is an option available to me.
