Waste of money. Review on Electrasol Gelpacs

In the past, I tried the electrasol tabs, and was not impressed with their cleaning capability. When I saw the gelpacs on sale two weeks ago, I thought, well, let's try this one. What a waste of money!!!

Unless you pretty much clean all your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, this product might as well be pure water. The instructions say that it will clean your dishes, and you only need one gelpac.

Well, I had to use two consistently, and many times that wasn't enough! Don't get me wrong, I am not putting my dishes in the dishwasher straight from the table, I scrape food into the garbage, etc., but I do not clean my dishes completely before putting them into the dishwasher.

I mean, why have a dishwasher if you have to do that before putting the dishes in it in the first place? I much rather use Cascade Complete as I only need half the amount recommended and my dishes are beautiful every time, even on days when my two year old has helped fill up the dishwasher with dirty dishes!
