We are selling costly travel bags from one Online Portal, that portal is using Ekart Logistic for ship the Order, every time when we received the Return Order packet, that did not in good shape, most of bags are in very bad shape, buy sometime we can't sell it again, and 5 bags out of 10 are Return or Undelivered, they are not sending the Order to Customer. Ekart Surveillance have to track it seriously, why it is happen.
yesterday, we received a Return bag which is a Undelivered packet, means that Order is not reached to customer, when we opened it we shocked, Inside some one change the our costly Bag to Old cushions(Pillow). Its happen 1st time, now Inchange of Ekart is saying that Put a Claim request to Online Portal, now the all fault is Ekart Logistic, they why they are saying to put a Claim request to Portal.
I am share the Photo also, Please be aware and check all your Return packets before receiving the packet.
