I am not an hard cor amitabh fan,but since I saw Khakhee I became a big fan. I thoght he was outstanding in that movie.
Ek Ajnabee is an treat to amitabh fans.You will love him. he is mind blowing even at this age.I dont think so any one can stand against him.
In this movie he plays an angry young man once again perhaps I should say an angry old man.he might remind you of Zanjeer,but now times have changed it is the 20th century so you angry man has to be stylish.So why should amitabh be left behind, the looks stylish acts well and does full justice to his role.Whenever he is on the screen it is on Fire.In his 60's he still Rocks
The story is an copy of the hollywood film which I dont think so makes any difference as people are eventually going to see it for Big B.Arjun Rampal looks good and acts well too. He is the surprize element I will not elaborate more on him b'coz it will spoil the suspense of the movie.
Initially in bollywood child artist were restricted to very small role times have changed thanks to ayesha kapoor(Black) and shewta prasad(Iqbal).This girl who initially started in Main Aisa hi Hoon is sweet and fits the role well.She shows us the softer side of Big B in this film.Vikram Chatwal and Perizad Zorabian as the girls parents are ok,frankly they have nothing much to do in the film.They are some romantic scene between them which were there just for the heck of it.
The scene where the girl gets kidnaped and the reaction of Big B is so amazing that I have no words to describe. The aura that Big B creates on the screen is mid blowing.Action scenes are very lavishly shot.But nowadays all movies shoot their action scene very lavishly.
The problem with the movie is it is s bit slow at times.But the movie is any day better than the Directors last movie,trust me.
Lastly but not the least this movie is an teat for Big B fan.go watch it only for him b'coz this stranger is going to stay many many many more years to come...
