Its service and quality is not good. it is not located at good place.
Its ambience is not good there. its building is not good. its interior is not good. I watched movie in this cinema but I am not satisfied from its service and quality.
Its ticket price is very high.Its seats are not neat and clean. Its seats are not comfortable. Its sound and picture quality is also below average. its lighting is not proper.
Food court of this cinema is not good. its food is not tasty and hygienic. Its price of food is very high. its coffee is worst. it is not value for money. Overall Edward is below average cinema hall.
