The system for supporting educational system is really great. But some of the rules giving the sick people to take advantage of the system like hardware and training part, choosing the managers is not so good. Salary payment for hardworking is less and the people who uses their mouth for impressing higher people is more. and for specially for SCC's who manage both the school and Educomp managers and maintains good relations with the customers all the time are ill treated by the managers and Regional managers like slaves.
Biggest flaw in the Educomp is The Employees those who are supporting schools (SCC to RM)are not from educational back ground but from Marketing back ground and from IT back ground.
Educational Managers do get incentives equal to Marketing Managers. where as the collection of Money done by SCC. This results the SCC is working with disappointment which is not at all productive. and the managers used to get all kinds of Economic Benefits when their salary is more than 20, 000 and where as for back up RC and SCC's those who spends all his salary of Rs 7000 /- in travelling long and making all kinds of scanning, printing, gifts to school management are not paid their petty cash at all.
Salary is not getting paid in time from few months. its a problem.
Suggessions :-
The hardware from non paying schools should be taken back.
Most of the schools expects the SCC to work for school. all SCC's may not be capable to do that.
All the staff should be recruited from educational sector.
Use the Assistant managers, Back ups and Technical team for supporting SCC's in hardware related issues instead of paying 3rd party companies.
to become strong in Operations provide computer lab, books and Smart Class and a computer teacher. for taking care of Smart class and Computer subject and to support school so that no one feel bad.
