UGC Guidelines about jurisdictions guidelines. Review on Education as Business

Here I'm telling you about UGC territorial jurisdiction guidelines public notice no F27-1/2012( CPP-2) dated 27th June 2013, in which they announce that no state or state private university can open any study center beyong it's state boundary, which result all universities in India who was running their learning centers across India were closed,

But UGC didn't clear that student who were learning at that time in study centers and about that student who have passed their study from that centers, what about them, where should they go, they make guidelines very good, but they made it only for buildings where it should be. but they didn't thought about students who had done their or was persuing their study in that centers, universities and colleges or learning Certers are only exist because students came there, if there is no student there is no meaning of and university or college,

But ugc just made the guidelines about land area where it should be or where not,

But they didn't make any policy about students,

These guidelines results that our degrees gone invalid, no govt. Is approving our degrees, and we have to move to court, for justice but always get here date,

I have wasted three years of my life in learning center, for getting degree of BCA. After that I got MCA from LPU jalandhar in correspondent mode,

Here totally I invest my 6 year of life which will never came back.

After that I competed for a clerical job in Punjab, and successfully completed, but they refused me by saying that your degree is not according g to guidelines of UGC, then I showed them my MCA certificate, and said I didn't study only for getting these marksheets, but they didn't answered,

Then I realize many candidates who have passed their test didn't get there job, one of my friend RTI about jurisdiction guidelines to UGC and they answered this only our guidelines starts in 27th June 2013,

Now I don't know what to do where to go, I have wasted my 6 year and money for getting these defrees. I am hardworking poor guy, who just hard work only for getting a job and studied on my own money, because my parents could not afford that,

University earned their revenue, study centers get their commission , ugc made their guidelines ,

But what about us, what crime did we,

What guideline about those who got there degree diplomas from them

Prime minister always talk about Skillful India, I'm skill full thats why I competed my test to get a job, but our india's half laws who does not care about people make me handicapped, I have degrees but no value,

Today 10 may respected PM modi says we need change along with time, but sir please change some law so that we could make some change in our life, this is very complex issue,

UGC should thing about those who have passed their study from those centers before 27th June 2013
