Inexplicable delays in delivering consignments. Imagine the consignment is sitting idle at a hub in the destination city nearly a week. I have this nasty experience from EcomExpress when I ordered a handset where the delivery is delayed than the promised date by the courier. These careless nuts are celebrating Onam for up to 4 days sacrificing customer satisfaction. Highly ridiculous and unheard of such irresponsible attitude.
These buggers don't care for customer, they care for them only, their crappy celebrations. Highly unprofessional service and ridiculous unresponsive customer care is another feature. Delhivery courier is excellent and always deserves special mention in delivering consignments in pandemic times without delays. BlueDart and Xpressbees are similar to EcomExpress in not updating consignment status regularly and unprofessional in pandemic times.
In this case, big businesses should skip these unprofessional couriers to ensure consumer satisfaction.
