The HR's are filled with attitude like they are the CEO's of the company I bet they have not even done there Post graduation in HR Management, and they don't consider a plus point for highly qualified or experienced candidates, you will be treated same as a noob commerce student or arts graduate coming for the interview, will be asked simple questions apart from what you have prepared of the IQ level of the HR who might be a commerce or art's graduate.
I don't know what kind of dumb organizations recruit such ppl as HR at least keep the qualification criteria MBA(HR) cause these ppl are responsible of recruiting B.E/ B.Tech candidates and the company is losing such candidates and making it easier for dull candidates of low IQ to enter. Do the HR even realize the amount of money our parents spend or the hard work done to be a B.E/ B.Tech and just because a noob shortcut key dint click to you at the interview you are disqualified by a the HR.
I even doubt the qualifications of the CEO's to run such organization and recruit such people
BTW They mostly recruit their friends and colleagues and known people as they will also ask for reference so if you have a reference than a high qualification degree you are in.
