Let me warn all online buyers at the first instant.Please think twice before buying anything from ebay india.They are notorious for nonrefund of customers money in case of a problem.They give sweet promises, but I tell you the customer support is the worst you can get for any portal.
I bought a canon scanner online through ebay in August 2009 from M/s DIGITAL-MART in Newdelhi (Mr Javed Azmat). I recieved the item very late and in damaged condition.I returned the product back the next day after contacting the seller who promised the refund.I also posted a very bad feed back for the seller.I did not get the refund till date.I have contacted the website customer care and the seller many times with out much help.I paid rs 3500 through net banking and lost my money.
I warn all members here not to pay before hand and if possible do not to buy from ebay.Ebay also managed to reverse the bad feedback for the seller through community court with out refunding my money. Beware its a portal of CHEATERS.I once again wearn all of you to avoid this website and the blacklist this seller-he is a total fraud who has no value for customers.
