I ordered a Samsung mobile phone of s.5034 on ebay, from seller named 'eazyshoppe'.I paid through debit card as I had got a online discount coupon from ebay. After 2 days of my payment, the seller marked the product as shipped and gave a consignment number of first flight couriers.The seller and myself belong to the same city, so I should have been getting my product within 2 days.4 days had passed and I did not get my product.So I emailed first flight courier, but they only gave me their phone number.When I called first flight couriers they said the parcel did not come in their branch.I tried contacting the seller, but got no reply.The 5th day I claimed for my refund.
According to ebay policy the buyer has to wait for 5 days more for the refund.4 days had passed and on the last day, when my refund was to be approved the seller objected to my refund and claimed that he had couriered the phone.But the truth is I did not receive the phone at all.
I called up ebay customer care, they told me to wait another 2 days for refund as investigations are going on.
