I feel this review is:
I purchased a phone on ebay which on arrival was broken. I called the customer care to raise a claim and the claim was successfully placed. Then ebay scheduled a pickup and the product was picked up from me. This happened last month and when I check the status of refund, it's still under process. The first thing expected from an online store is customer satisfaction. I'd rate ebay 2/5 in this one.
