I have purchased a few items. Many items were later not sent and money refunded after months. One trimmer I ordered and got a different brand and that too broken and not functioning. They asked me to corrier it back and promised to refund the courier but they neither refunded my courier nor replied my email. Very poor service.Also they dump any material in a loose plastic carry bag and sent it with no responsibilities. Often the item may get damaged while reaching.
Flipkart is far better because they pack things well, using good cardboard box and blister packs. Send it promptly and items will reach us as they promise - though sometimes the price may be a bit higher.
