I bought Sony Xperia Z Ultra from Ebay on 18th October 2014 for 27000. At the time of purchase I called Ebay care they assure me that if anything is wrong with the product I will get refund that's the ebay guarantee.


When I bought the product the Flip Cover and Bluetooth Headset which was mentioned as free accessories by seller was missing from the Box.


After raising the claim on the same day of getting the delivery I was told that seller will send me the accessories but I did not got the accessories.


Ebay member told me to send product back to seller but the address provided to me by the eBay was wrong (Pin code was from out of India). Till the time eBay rectified the pin code issue my claim was closed.


After that they started working offline on my issue. In between seller sent me blue tooth headset but not the flipcover.


As my call on 13 November with Ebay member I was told to send the item back to seller, they will provide refund for item and courier and I sent it back to seller on 14th and it got delivered to him by 15.


After that I called ebay and I was told that I will be contacted from claim registrar in 24-48 hours but no body contacted me.


I kept calling ebay every 48 hours and I was told same thing over and over again that I will contacted in 48 hours.


For once I was told by ebay that seller need to send mail to ebay that he got item but seller didn't send for weeks.


After long try I ebay contacted me on 27th Nov and told me that seller will send me Item back, Bluetooth headset and flipcover by 1st Dec to which seller agreed and I had to agree as ebay said I wont get refund.


He sent me Bluetooth headset and item on 2nd Dec but I didn't got the flipcover till now and the item which seller re sent back to me is damaged.


(It has scratched on the scratch guard which I put it on the cell at my cost when it was in my possession and the battery part of the mobile was swollen and cell is providing very less battery backup).


After I call ebay they say that the claim is closed and I need to contact seller for this.I told him I bought phone from ebay not from the seller.


I am concerned with ebay still they always tell me to contact seller.For one of the call they registered complain as closed it reasoning duplicate request (don't know duplicate with what).


And seller is using Ram Shelar's name (id: ram_sellar007) and registered address is in Satara but his shop is in Mumbai-Dadar and his name is also different.


So if I had sent the product to the address ebay provided, It wont have reached him. I sent mail on in-seller verification 8 times but I got 0 response till now.


Please don't buy anything from eBay because if some problem happens they won't help. I have not seen the customer support as irresponsible as eBay.
