Ya its true, in India eBay is the lowest ranking online store. they got the rank from their poo product quality and coustomer services.i have ordered Loreal professional Liss shampoo and masque from site.I have received fake product after complaint in E bay customer care is saying the quality is not under E BAy directly contact with seller. Worst experience I ever had with shopping site.I am very disappointed to the services which you are providing.i am continue call to their customer support. once I wanna return my product because it is not in size.but neither I am getting any satisfactory ans from your side nor from seller side. Even I have already send a mail to seller also which is proving by the CS. But no reply from that side since last 9 days. Another experiance I go through is bought a cosmetic cream from ebay 6 months before which was worth Rs. 500. I never received the item but in my account it was showing as delivered. But it was never delivered to me so I called their customer service and raised a "ebayguarantee" claim.
But to my surprise my claim was rejected saying that the item was delivered to me, I asked them for the courier counterfoil signed by me, but what happened next was horrible, they just hung up the phone and blocked all calls to their customer service from my number.
I was engaged with something serious after that and was not able to follow up.
After couple of months I bought another item from ebay, but the case was same. Even after 20 days my item was not delivered, so I raised the refund request but even after 10 days I didn't got any answer.
I had already raised this issue to your G.O.they told me that they will talk to seller but last 3 days I didn't get any response I want refund my money.
I don't wanna any services form this type of any company and seller.
