I order an item which I wanted to gift to my sister on her engagement. So I ordered 10 days in advance so that I would have my gift ready in advance. While ordering they displayed 7 day expected delivery that was good enough for me.
After 7 day when I checked status it said' not shipped', I was surprised so called customer care. The guy carelessly told me that it's not yet been picked up by delivery courier service. Do you still want the product or refund? Why the hell I want the anything if it can't fulfill its purpose.
