I had ordered mobile that is too poor.i had bought it 1 month earlier.it got damaged automatically.after 2 days of dilevry I had raised a claim.after few days claim team called me and they told me that our courier boy will come and you have to give that mobile to courier boy and after reaching the mobile to its seller our company will give you DD or coupon which you have to decide what you will take.i give you an information that ebay team gives 30 days replacement warranty.after 28 days a message came that you have not yet posted product to us your claim will be rejected in 48hrs.i called ebay customer care and gave all information to them, they told no need to take tension, we are not able to send our courier boy to that region so you have to post thst mobile and we will give you charges that will make in posting. I had posted that mobile on 19 of july and no of them called me yet.my mobile was of rs 9349.i suggest you never buy any electronic product from this site.
