I am the member of ebay from last more than five years but in last two month I have three hopeless experiences with this site I bid for a 8 gb pen drive I win that bid in 2800/- I paid that amount to ebay and get a pendrive after lot so emails to seller as ebay ask me to did so after getting pendrive I find that it was not working if sometime working it was very slow I complaint about that to ebay as well as to seller but no action was taken after some days I find that seller is no more a register user of ebay and ebay is not responsible for anything after that I bought a hard disk worth rs 5000 from them it was alsoi duplicate when I again complaint regarding that ebay suspended my account because of my lot so complaints against seller they need more and more sales and commission from seller they don't care of their valued buyers beware of cheaters like ebay they are all fraud there are no body to listen you

After wriring this review on mouthshut I am surprised when ebay contacts me first time to resolve my issue now they ask me to gat the products replaced or get my my money back from seller but that all are also on terms and conditions that I have to send product first to seller at my cost than seller if possible repaired /replace or give refund for the product but I have no trust on that sellers who even cannot provide original invoice to their customers how can I trust that they give me the refund after getting their product back and I have only evidence to prove that the product they send are duplicate anyway nice step from ebay I appreciate but not ready to follow procedure.
