I am Vijayan from Hyderabad, I ordered a mobile phone thru Ebay.com on 9th April 2016 and got it delivered on 11th April 2016, the order ref number is(42315688908). when I opened the package, I was shocked to see that the box seal was open and the phone was with full scraches and in Dead condition. I immediately asked the courier guy to take back the Parcel but he refused to take it back and asked me to make a complaint to Ebay customer care.
I placed a complaint on 12th April 2016 morning and continuously following up for my refund but till date they have not provided any solution. every alternative days I call up the customer care and the calls are kept on hold for a long time and finaly someone will say " we have escalated the issue to next level. soon you will get a call back" but no one returns the call and I am spending my money to followup with the Customer care. I have sent repeated e-mails to "'ebay@ebay.com' &'incswebhelp@ebay.com' but no response. even there is no acknowledgement for my mail.
I never thought that Ebay would be so worst in customer service. please never ever buy anything from these people
I am planning to take up this issue with consumer court.
