Just want to know other readers experience on the service provided by the online shopping stores, especially replacement of damaged goods. I would like to share my bitter experience with Rediff shopping.
I had placed an order for T Shirts through the Rediff and got the items delivered promptly only to be found out that one of the T Shirt is torn on the front side. (Order No.1811682) Reported the incident in the form provided by the website, but it bounced back. I had again sent the msg. in the customer care feedback form attaching the bounced message and it now almost a month and nobody has contacted for replacement of the damaged product as claimed by the website. There are also no other means of contacting them as no telephone nos. addresses are provided in the website for contacting the appropriate person. The lesson, LET THE BUYER BEWARE and check the goods before making payment.
