Ebay.in is quite popular among the shoppers who keep looking for fine deals on various lifestyle as well as electronics products like pen drive etc.
I am pointing out the pen drive because I had a problem with the same product. Ebay.in offered a deal where the customer had to register for the for the SANDISK 16GB pen drive just for ?80 and when the product is available they send you a code and you may shop that pen drive for the above mentioned price. When I ordered one for me, first of all they kept delaying the delivery and then finally ater almost 20 days they asked me to either ask for money cash back or report to them if I had recieved the product.
According to me they should be aware of the processes involved and should not ask the customer about the confirmation, I think its just a trap so that someone fails to report to them about the non revieving of the product and the money paid by the customer goes to.the account of ebay.in without even delivering the service. In these kind of cases they should directly transfer the money back into the customers account. It's thier duty after all. Beware customers.
