I recently purchased a pair of dumbbells from Ebay.The shipped product was faulty and I raised a refund claim.The CSR of Ebay returned the cal and forced me to solve the claim stating they would refund 110% of the amount spent as Ebay coupons within 10 days.10 days have passed and no credit has been made.The CS is pathetic and unable to reach.
I vouch to never ever again purchase from ebay.
Mates, I have tried Amazon, Snapdeal, Buyhatke, Zopnow, Bigbasket, Atyourdoorstep, Firstcry but for the first time I have had a bad experience, which was because of Ebay.
