I bought Girl's Lady Comic Jacket from eBay, but I received a bad quality and damaged product. I put a claim for return my money, but the eBay customer support told me "We won't refund because of the quality issue, " and he is telling that eBay is not guaranty for the product is damaged or bad quality. He force me to contact seller for that issue, even I try to contact the mobile number it is not working.
Finally I called again eBay customer support. He is finally told me the same thing "eBay guarantee is not responsible for bad quality or damaged products." If quality is not included and no guaranty for product damaged is not included so what the eBay is giving guarantee for the products to buyers? Finally I recognize eBay is selling fraud things, only the products eBay is telling eBay guarantee included in that there is no product quality, and there is no guaranty of no damage.
