I have experienced Ebay.in service few months ago and I want to share my knowledge about Ebay.in with you. Overall this website gives cheaper product which is absolutely true. But the service.! You can understand what I want to say.
I purchased a Xperia M2 back cover and it delivers me about 9days later. After delivery I saw the cover is not fit to my Phone. Then I tried to contact several times and then told my issue, they immediately forced me to contact the seller. Then I contact seller and they wanted to ignore my issue. What can I do with unfit cover which was 279/-. After several times they accept my return.
Most interesting was that when returned they reject to refund my money, not only that they rude and insult me. I was shocked. I also not give up. Then several times I contacted Ebay care and finally after 2 month they refund me to Ebay coupon.
Actually this little money was not my problem, my main target was to punish the seller. I lodged some complaint to that seller. Actually Ebay can't handle any problem, they try to transfer the call to seller. This was my first and last order on Ebay.
Friends my suggestion is to go for Amazon which is most customer friendly website, Amazon did not give me any chance to switch another website.
