Beware.Beware.
The EBay Customer support is just a show off from ebay where nobody cares for the customer but they are there taking the side of the seller
I bought 31 piece Jacky Screwdriver from ebay, the product received is a used one for which I have raised a claim and a poor pathetic customer care guy calls me to give 50% off coupon for the price I paid for the product.
I had these questions for ebay cusotmer care:
Q.Why was a used product shipped to me?
Ans. We do not have any idea and hence giving you this coupon > Is this acceptable so is ebay a platform to only accept orders for the sellers and give such pathetic reply
Q.The product costed me Rs 153 in ebay but in local market it costs Rs 100
Ans. We are not going to debate on price as this is qouted by the seller and ebay is not responsible for authenticating it(I have also ready many revviews on over pricing) >Here I was given an option to send the item back to the seller for a refund on my own so I need to pay to get the proudct and also for the shipping of wrong product back "Learn something from ur peers snapdeal.Flipkart etc" they are much better service providers and also TEACH SOME MANNERS TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AS THEIR SALARY COME FROM THE BUSINESS CUSTOMERS GIVE to EBAY
