This is very bad user experience for me. I have placed order 8th oct 2015 and today is 15 oct 2015 but still I did not get my item. And then I called to Ebay and I asked the reason for the same. the Representative Faizabad me which is very strange. the answer is that you order will be reached out to you by 23 oct 2015. It means I am getting my order after 15 days from placing order date. So what is the benefit to purchase if any user will get the product in 15 days?
The second thing, I asked him to cancel my order he said that I will have to contact to re seller. it means there is no role of Ebay. So my question is simple you guys don't have any role then why should customer purchase any item from your company. If I am purchasing any item from other ecommerce company they take the full responsibility. if customer want to cancel any item they refund the money to customer account.
I am not saying ebay need to change the rule while I am saying customer don't need to purchase any item from Ebay because they just third party that's it.
@customer if you buy any item from eBay you will lose you money.
